Items Eligible for Return
You can return an item if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- The return request is made within 7Â days of receiving the item.
- The item is not listed as a non-returnable product.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Any free gifts or promotional items included with the purchase must also be returned.

- Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo inspection to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method, while COD refunds are issued as by bank transfer via WhatsApp .
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

- Full Refund: If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees and any customs/duties paid are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

- Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Ensure the return tracking details are shared with us.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by our WhatsApp Support with your order number and video of the package opening.
- We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund as per your preference.
- KrazyKind reserves the right to request the return of the defective product before issuing a replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped.
- To cancel an order, contact us at support@krazykind.com or WhatsApp with your order details.
- If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method, except COD (Contact via WhatsApp Support).

- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item after it is delivered, subject to our return policy.
