At KrazyKind, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to make the process as seamless as possible.

Return Policy

Items Eligible for Return

You can return an item if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is not listed as a non-returnable product.

 

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Any free gifts or promotional items included with the purchase must also be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (e.g., “Final Sale” items).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or alterations made by the customer.

 

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for returned items that meet the eligibility criteria.

 

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo inspection to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method, while COD refunds are issued as by bank transfer via WhatsApp .
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

 

Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees and any customs/duties paid are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Steps to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@krazykind.com or WhatsApp us with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Ensure the return tracking details are shared with us.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping costs.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by our WhatsApp Support with your order number and video of the package opening.
  2. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund as per your preference.
  3. KrazyKind reserves the right to request the return of the defective product before issuing a replacement or refund.

 

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped.
  • To cancel an order, contact us at support@krazykind.com or WhatsApp with your order details.
  • If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method, except COD (Contact via WhatsApp Support).

 

Post-Shipment Cancellations

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item after it is delivered, subject to our return policy.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
