Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods (sales, launches), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 3โ€“7 business days (depending on location across India ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ)
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on:
    • Location (metro vs non-metro areas)
    • Courier partner delays
    • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders (if applicable based on your store offer)
  • Flat Shipping Fee may apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
    • A tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp
  • You can track your order in real-time through the courier partnerโ€™s website

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected orders/locations
  • COD orders may include an additional handling fee
  • Please ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid failed delivery attempts

Delivery Issues

If you face any delivery-related issues:

  • Delayed delivery
  • Package marked delivered but not received
  • Incorrect address issues

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • If an incorrect address is provided, delivery may fail
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for reattempts
  • KrazyKind is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect details

Damaged Package on Delivery

  • If the package appears tampered or damaged, please:
    • Record a video while opening the package
    • Contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp
  • This helps us process replacements/refunds quickly

International Shipping (Optional โ€“ if you plan later)

  • Currently, we do/do not ship internationally (edit as needed)
  • International orders may include:
    • Customs duties
    • Import taxes (paid by customer)
